Customers with predictable transportation schedules can arrange multiple rides in advance instead of repeatedly submitting individual transportation requests. Tell dispatch your routine once and we will work from that schedule.
Scheduling requests are confirmed by dispatch. Specific pickup times and vehicle availability are not guaranteed.
Program Requirements
- Customer must schedule at least 2 qualifying rides within a 7-day period.
- Qualifying rides must be booked and confirmed in advance.
- The 20% discount applies only to eligible ride fares.
- Dialysis transportation is not part of this program. Dialysis treatment-day rides are scheduled and priced separately through the Dialysis Transportation Package.
- Program eligibility is subject to scheduling and vehicle availability.
- The discount cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless expressly approved.
- Additional charges such as waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking or other applicable charges may be excluded from the discount.
- Cancellations and schedule changes remain subject to existing Givens Transit policies.
- Givens Transit reserves the right to determine trip eligibility and modify or discontinue the program.
